Linda has been in the Property Management business for over 31 years, starting her career with PLUS Property Management in 1986.
You can be confident that Linda and the staff of 10 in the Santa Maria office will do the very best job possible to keep their owners investments protected and maintained in the same type of manner they would care for their own property. PLUS Property Management in Santa Maria has a reputation of excellence; protecting the owner’s investment, while providing the tenant a place of quiet enjoyment to call home are the benchmark standards of excellence that Linda and her team seek to meet. They have mastered the delicate balance of fairly representing both owner and tenant alike.

Assistant Office Manager
Sharon is a licensed Real Estate Agent and has been with Plus Property Management since 1994. Sharon assists with the handling of all aspects of the management of the office including the collection of rents, annual inspections, accounting issues, owner and tenant questions, etc.
Sharon enjoys traveling and spending time with her grandchildren.
Stacy has held a California Real Estate Salesperson license since 2004. She was recently promoted to Property Manager in May 2018, after having been the Assistant Property Manager with Plus Property Management since February 2011.
Stacy processes the applications and works with the tenants on finding them their homes. She also works with the owners on marketing their homes, as well as does annual inspections on the properties, prepares the lease documents/addendums, handles the advertising for the office, etc.
Stacy is currently assisting the Owner/Broker, as the website point person for all of the California Plus Property offices. Stacy’s free time is usually spent with her family, friends and 2 small dogs. She also loves attending concerts, local events and travelling.
Administrative Front Office
Rosey has been at Plus Property Management for over 8 years and is in charge of our Front Office. Rosey is our only bilingual employee. She assists with ordering and maintaining all office inventory/supplies, filing, answering phones, as well as translation and assisting our Spanish clients as needed.
Rosey’s hobbies include cooking and entertaining her family.
Director of Accounting
Gemma currently oversees the bookkeeping and accounting for all of the Central Coast Plus Property Management offices. This includes processing vendor payments, submitting owners ACH transfers and processing month-end reports for the Property Managers.
As a native of San Diego, CA, she truly enjoys raising her family in Santa Maria. In Gemma’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 children, traveling, watching football, baseball, basketball and boxing.
Karina has worked for Plus Property Management since May 2001, where she started as a bilingual part-time front office employee and worked up to a full-time position. In 2006, Karina moved into the Bookkeeping Department. Her job description includes processing monthly rents, payables, Owner Draws and monthly statements.
Karina has lived on the Central Coast since 1991. She loves to collect pens, nail polishes and chap sticks/lip glosses. She also enjoys spending time with her family on the weekends.
Maintenance Department Coordinator
Jenny has been with Plus Property Management for over 5 years and is the Maintenance Coordinator, which includes the coordination and handling of repair requests from the tenants and their approval from the property owners. After approval by the property owner, she then coordinates with the appropriate vendors for the repairs needed and sends a work order to them. Jenny also handles the receipt of the vendor invoices to assure they have been completed and processes them for payment.
Jenny has lived in Santa Maria for 38 years and is married with a grown daughter and son who both live in Santa Maria, along with two grandsons.
Maintenance Department Manager
Steve has been with Plus Property Management for over 11 years and is the Maintenance Manager. He has brought with him, 5 years of experience in owning his own maintenance business. His responsibilities include inspections of the properties, along with their move-out and move-in Statement of Conditions, and coordinating all repairs needed to maintain and get the properties rent ready.
In Steve’s free time, he enjoys spending time with his grand-kids, camping and fly-fishing.
Eve has been with Plus Property Management about a year while working part-time, and has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 1999. She has been cross-trained to assist in all departments within the office, including move-in and move-out inspections, annual inspections, maintenance coordinating, showings, and administrative tasks.
Eve enjoys hiking, cooking, reading and traveling.
Happy to announce our new addition to the Plus Property Management family. Elisa comes to us with experience in all aspects of property management. Elisa has a daughter that will be attending UC Merced. On her free time she enjoys running marathons and spending time with family.
