Peggy A. King
Office Manager / Senior Property Manager
Peggy has been a licensed Broker/Investor for nearly 38 years. She began representing Plus Property Management in 2002. Peggy is the Property Manager for Plus Property Management’s 5-Cities branch office, which also serves the San Luis Obispo community, and the Nipomo area. She and her fully trained staff share the business philosophy that placing the right tenant in the right property will naturally aid in the preservation of property value. Continued research and education sets her apart from most managers.
Peggy is focused on the individual goals of the property owner. She helps in protecting the owner’s investment, while providing the tenant a place of quiet enjoyment to call home are the benchmark standards of excellence that Peggy and her team seek to meet. Honesty, integrity and hard work, coupled with an innovative approach to attracting tenants are the characteristics that have made Peggy King a trusted business associate to the many owners whose properties she manages.
Peggy is known as someone to trust; someone to count on. Her expertise, as well as her years of experience, have earned her the trusted position of consultant to many professionals, both within the Real Estate and Property Management arena, such as investors, real estate agents, lenders, appraisers, as well as a host of professionals outside of that field, such as CEO’s in the medical, construction, food and trucking industries as well.
She supports the Homeless Coalition of San Luis Obispo County, Woods Humane Society and Advocate for Domestic Violence and Substance Abuse. Her hobbies include acrylic painting, gourmet cooking and baking, Peggy has a passion for photography and of course Real Estate ventures.
Lindsey M. Macdonald
Assistant Property Manager
Lindsey has over 4 years of experience with Plus Property Management and has a Real Estate License. Lindsey was born and raised on the Central Coast and is familiar with the many surrounding communities. Lindsey’s responsibilities as a Leasing Agent include overseeing the daily property management needs with staff, property owners, tenants and vendors. With over 10 years of experience working with the general public, she has a tenacity to get things done.
In her free time, Lindsey likes to cook, ride bikes, hiking and being outdoors.
Anna is the Administrative Assistant for the Five Cities office. She is a local on the Central Coast and loves every part of the SLO life. She is outgoing with a passion for helping others and really enjoys working with the public. With over 10 years of office administration experience, she assists the property managers in all clerical needs, as well as assists with property inspections, tenant requests, marketing and more.
Anna enjoys hiking, going to the beach, and spending time with her family.
