Sara Grossini has been in the Property Management business since the office opened in 1983, and is a licensed Sales Agent representing PLUS Property Management for 36+ years; specializing in residential as well as commercial management in the Lompoc Valley (including Vandenberg Village) and Santa Barbara. Sara is a property management legend in the Lompoc Valley, due to her experience and common sense approach to the business.

The staff of four in the Lompoc office is dedicated to the PLUS Property Management Mission Statement, striving always to “…build and maintain a strong return on your property investment, while eliminating the stress often associated with owning/leasing rental property.”

Sara works closely with owners to preserve their investment properties, while providing a quick response to service requests from tenants at all times.

It truly takes a love of this unique business to have the longevity and reputation within the community that Sara has earned…commitment; loyalty and integrity are evident every day in the Lompoc office.

Marina Grossini is a dedicated employee with deep roots in the vibrant community of Lompoc, California. Born and raised in this picturesque city, she proudly represents the sixth generation of her family to call Lompoc home. As a leasing and marketing agent Marina excels in connecting property owners with ideal tenants and implementing effective marketing strategies. She loves learning the ins and outs of property management and applying her knowledge to everyday scenarios. On her free time, Marina enjoys spending time with her family and trying out new coffee shops around the Central Coast.
