Chris Obers, of PLUS Property Management in Santa Ynez Valley has over 25 years of experience in the management of Homeowners Associations, Commercial and Residential property, as well as many years in the construction management business.

Chris believes that his clients have entrusted their valuable investments to him and that they deserve conscientious, responsive services and responsible, constructive tenant relationships.

Chris and his staff are dedicated to a “customer focused” business model. They are highly committed to the care and management of their client’s investments. PLUS Property Management is located in Solvang, but also serves the property management needs in the surrounding areas of Santa Ynez, Buellton, Ballard, Los Alamos and Los Olivos.
